All Whodunit Central products are digital downloads delivered online. Please review these terms before purchasing, downloading, printing, or sharing any mystery kit, puzzle bundle, or classroom pack.
How our downloads work
Our products are designed for instant access and easy at-home use. By purchasing from Whodunit Central, you agree to the terms below regarding delivery, personal use, classroom use, and account responsibility.
Access
Delivery and access
All products are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped. After checkout, you should receive access to your files through the order confirmation page, your account when applicable, and any purchase email sent by the store.
Use
Permitted use
Unless a product listing says otherwise, purchases are for personal household use or for the single classroom or single educator use intended by the product. You may print copies needed for your own event, family, or classroom, but you may not resell, redistribute, or upload the files for public sharing.
Limits
Restrictions and support
You may not claim Whodunit Central content as your own, modify and sell it as a new product, or distribute copies to multiple schools, organizations, or paid groups without permission. Because digital files are delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. If a file arrives damaged, incomplete, or inaccessible, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
